Chairmanship Aspirant Osiobe Congratulates Gov Oborevwori On Tribunal Victory

Chairmanship Aspirant for Ughelli North Local Government Council of Delta State, Engr. Eric Osiobe, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his election tribunal victory.
The Delta Election Petition Tribunal had on Friday, September 29, dismissed the petition of All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege, in his bid to overturn the March 18 governorship election victory of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
Justice C.H Ahuchaogu, in a four hour judgement, held that the petitioner was unable to prove the case of substantial non compliance with the Electoral Act against Governor Oborevwori (second respondent).
Engr. Eric Osiobe in a statement, described Governor Oborevwori, as  a man of integrity, moral discipline, selfless commitment, patriotism and compassion to humanity.
According to the statement, “Governor Oborevwori is a rear politician who distinguished himself in public service and earned reputation and confidence of people.
“Your election tribunal victory is a testament to the fact and testimony of your outstanding performance in public service, simplicity, loyalty and obedient to the rule of law.
“As I congratulate you, I assured you of my moral and unalloyed support at all ramifications in your MORE Agender  of making Delta state great”.
